Milulu beganwith a real need.

The need was simple and personal. We had to speak with customers in German. We knew some words and had studied a little, but when a real conversation began, the words got stuck.

We looked for a tool that could start in Hebrew, teach useful German and let us practise out loud again and again. We found many good apps, but not the combination we needed. For Hebrew speakers learning German, there simply was not a suitable solution.

So we built Milulu. It did not begin as a product for a huge audience or a pitch deck. It began as a product for an audience of one: the person who needed to speak with a customer in German the next day.

The practice worked. It helped us move from knowing words to using them. That is when we decided to open Milulu to other learners. We realised that many people do not need another list of words. They need a safe place to start speaking.

Milulu is still built in the same spirit. Start with a real need, listen carefully and create only what helps people speak.
