These terms cover use of the Milulu website and access to the learning app through it.

What Milulu offers

Milulu is a language practice tool. It is built to help you practise speaking and make progress, but it does not promise a particular outcome, exam score or level of fluency.

Accounts

Some features need an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and not sharing them.

What is free

After a short assessment, the level it recommends opens up in full, at no cost. The scope of paid content and its final terms will be confirmed before launch.

Payments

Prices shown on the site are in euros. Final purchase, cancellation and refund terms will be published when payment goes live.

Fair use

Do not copy, sell or redistribute Milulu content, and do not attempt to disrupt the service or access it in unauthorised ways.

Intellectual property

The content, design and Milulu character belong to us.

Changes

We may update these terms. A significant update will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
